About TAAT The Technologies for African Agricultural Transformation (TAAT) Program is funded by the African Development Bank (AfDB) and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. It is implemented by the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA) in close collaboration with other centers of the Consultative Group for International Agricultural Research (CGIAR) and specialized institutions such as the African Agricultural Technology Foundation (AATF), the Forum for Agricultural Research in Africa (FARA), the International Fertilizer Development Center (IFDC) and others.
