В статье рассматриваются актуальные для реализации региональных инфраструктурных проектов вопросы привлечения частных инвестиций, проведен анализ существующих механизмов финансирования и опыта их применения в субъектах Российской Федерации. Предложены рекомендации развития моделей взаимодействия государства и частного сектора в части реализации инфраструктурных проектов.
The article deals with the issues of attracting private investment that are relevant for the implementation of regional infrastructure projects, analyzes the existing financing mechanisms and the experience of their application in subjects of the Russian Federation. Recommendations for the development of models of interaction between the state and the private sector in terms of the implementation of infrastructure projects are proposed.
