This research is entitled “Effectivieness Of The Family Hope Program in Pliken Village, Kembaran District, Banyumas Regency” which aims to determine the effectiveness of the family hope program in Pliken Village, Kembaran District, Banyumas Regency. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, using two sources, namely primary and secondary data. Data collection methods used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The theory used in this research is the effectiveness theory according to Sutrisno (2007) with the research focus being the effectiveness of the Family Program in Pliken Village, Kembaran District, Banyumas Regency. The research results that researchers obtained during the reseaech include: (a) Implementation of the program, shows that the party implementing the Family Hope Program (PKH) at the sub-district level has understood its functions and responsibilities, apart from that, the Beneficiary Families (KPM) have also understood the Family Hope Program (PKH), (b) Right on target, it has can be said to be effective in achieving predetermined targets, namely in accordance with the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) and KPMs have criteria determined by the government, (c) Timeliness, showing that Pliken Village has implemented the Family Hope Program (PKH) in accordance with the standard time determined by the Banyumas government, namely 2013, (d) The achievement of the goal has gone well because with the Family Hope Program (PKH) the KPMs feel helped in reducing the burden of expenses so they can experience social prosperity, (e) Real change can be said to be effective because it has been able to provide changes to Beneficiary Families (KPM) so that they feel the benefits and positive impacts of the Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance in reducing the burden of expenses in accessing health and education services.Keywords : Effectiveness, Social Welfare, PKH
