RESULTS OF THE FIRST SATURATION OF TOBACCO VARIETIES OF AN INTERSPECIFIC HYBRID WITH GENES OF THE AUSTALIAN WILD SPECIES NICOTIANA ROSULATA DOMIN

Виды рода Nicotiana являются идеальным модельным объектом для проведения исследований в разнообразных биологических направлениях. Дикий австралийский вид Nicotiana rosulata Domin использовали для создания фертильного межвидового гибрида Дюбек 44 х N. rosulata и на его основе получили при первом насыщении сортом Иммунный 580 новый гибрид с двумя геномами N. tabacum и одним геномом дикого вида. Изучали методы его создания и генетические признаки жизнедеятельности. Выяснено, что от самоопыления гибрид не дает семена.
Species of the genus Nicotiana are an ideal model object for conducting research in various biological directions. The wild Australian species N. rosulata was used to create a fertile interspecific hybrid Dubeck 44 x N. rosulata and based on it, a new hybrid with two genomes of N. tabacum and one genome of a wild species was obtained at the first saturation with the Immune 580 variety. Methods of its creation and genetic signs of vital activity were studied. It was found out that the hybrid does not produce seeds from self-pollination.
