GW24-e0772 Clinical efficacy of Wilkins integral in patients with percutaneous balloon mitral valvuloplasty
View through CrossRef
Objectives
To investigate patients with mitral stenosis of the valve morphology passing through the short-term effect of balloon mitral valvuloplasty.
Methods
According to the integral of the the wilkins ultrasound mitral valve morphology is divided into 495 cases of patients with mitral stenosis > 8 score group (145 cases), and > 8 score group (350 cases). Improved Inoue for patients passing through the balloon mitral angioplasty (PBMV). After 6 months follow-up, and compare two groups of patients with clinical efficacy.
Results
Among the success 475 cases by PBMV, more than 8 score group success rate is lower than 8 score group. After 6 months, two groups of patients with various ultrasonic action diagram index compared with preoperative significant improvement, compared with lower than 8 score group (343 cases), left atrium more than 8 score group (132 cases) PBMV average pressure, pulmonary arterial systolic blood pressure, changes in transvalvular pressure gradient and mitral valve area values are smaller.
Conclusions
The mitral valve morphology is one of the key factor of efficacy with mitral valvuloplasty, and with lower wilkins integral patients, PBMV has high success rate and postoperative good effect.
