The textbook highlights the most important topics of the training course "Administrative proceedings". The article presents modern theoretical and legal ideas about the content, structure, principles, stages of judicial administrative proceedings in courts of general jurisdiction, which are linked to the study of the theory of an administrative claim, evidence and evidence in an administrative case, the specifics of proceedings in certain categories of administrative cases in accordance with the procedural rules of the CAS of the Russian Federation. The analysis of the legislation on administrative proceedings is carried out in inseparable connection with the concept and history of the development of administrative justice in Russia. The second edition of the book is based on the novelties of the CAS of the Russian Federation, resolutions adopted by the Plenum of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, includes an analysis of judicial practice in administrative cases, takes into account new provisions of the theory of administrative procedural law. For bachelors in the direction of training 40.03.01 "Jurisprudence", masters in the direction of training 40.04.01 "Jurisprudence", specialists in the specialty 40.05.04 "Judicial and prosecutorial activity". The book can be useful for graduate students, teachers, researchers, judges, employees of state and municipal government.
