Short straight-cut dress with cuffed bloused sleeves, heavy white lace over blue silk chiffon, and the body of the dress is lined in blue fabric. Sleeves are unlined. Peter Pan collar. Metal zipper at the back. Sleeveless coat, high waisted, and with three self-fabric covered buttons on the bodice. Skirt open in the front with the edges curving away at the hem to reveal underdress beneath. Lined with pale blue silk. Silk chiffon and lace, lined with silk, metal.
