Signed on the back of the canvas, later painted older writing: “Beck pinx.”
Later impoverished older writing on the back of the canvas: “Axel Oxenstierna” and illegible writing. On the frame patch: “MUSEE CARNAVALET EXPOSITION LA SUEDE ET PARIS N: o 120.”
Stifted tension frame.
Smooth fururam with veneer of blackened hardwood, closest to the canvas jumplist. The width of the frame list 67 mm. The frame too small for the painting.
