Strategies for the Conservation of Interior Spaces in Historic Buildings

تهدف الدراسة إلى استكشاف استراتيجيات وأساليب حديثة ملائمة للحفاظ على أصالة الفضاءات الداخلية في المباني التاريخية على مستوى العالم.
اعتمد البحث منهج دراسة الحالة لتحليل أنموذج الدراسة، كونه المنهج الملائم لتحقيق هدف البحث الحالي وللوصول إلى نتائج دقيقة تضمن الإطار النظري مفهوم الاستراتيجية واساليب الحفاظ على الفضاءات الداخلية والتطبيقات العالمية من خلال مراجعة الأدبيات والمصادر المتعلقة وتم التركيز في التحليل على دراسة حالة كنيسة كاتدرائية نوتردام الصحن الرئيسي وتكون البحث من ثلاثة فصول: المنهجية، الإطار النظري، ونتائج البحث والتوصيات.
لخصت الدراسة إلى أن استراتيجيات الحفاظ الحديثة تستخدم أدوات مبتكرة ومواد متقدمة لتقليل الحاجة إلى الصيانة مع الحفاظ على الأصالة، كما تقدم نهجًا شاملًا يدمج الجوانب التاريخية والثقافية والاجتماعية، مع مرونة للتكيف مع التغيرات الحديثة.
تتطلب التغيرات السريعة نهجًا متوازنًا للحفاظ على المباني التاريخية، يجمع بين الفهم العلمي لطبيعتها المادية والمعنوية مع التقنيات التقليدية والحديثة اذ يجب أن تتكيف أساليب الحفاظ، سواء الوقائية أو التقنية أو الترميمية، مع حالة المبنى وسياقه التاريخي، والبيئي، والمادي، والثقافي
