ANALYSIS OF YOUTH POLICY OF RUSSIAN RAILWAYS

The purpose of the article: to analyze the youth policy of JSC Russian Railways and to develop recommendations to increase its attractiveness for generation Z. Subject of the study: youth policy of JSC Russian Railways. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to attract young personnel to the company. Research methods: analysis, synthesis, classification, systematization, statistical data processing tools. Results: problems of attracting and retaining young people in the company were identified; recommendations were proposed to increase the attractiveness of JSC Russian Railways as an employer for generation Z.
