Analisis Pengaruh role of ambiguity, role of conflict dan perceived employability terhadap turnover intention pada perawat Rumah Sakit Umum Semara Ratih

Introduction: The high turnover intention among nurses is one of the problems found at the hospital level. In the process of turnover intention, several correlated factors are found, such as workplace culture, work stress due to incongruent expectations and workload (role of ambiguity and conflict), job satisfaction, and career opportunities that are considered to meet work abilities (perceived employability) better. This research was conducted to determine the influence of ambiguity, conflict, and perceived employability on turnover intention among nurses at Semara Ratih General Hospital.
Research Method: A mixed-method design was chosen for data collection through a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods using documentation and questionnaires that have been proven valid.
Results: 35 samples were recruited in this study who were then given a questionnaire that measured the sample's opinions. From this research, it was found that there is a significant influence of the role of ambiguity, the role of conflict, and perceived employability on turnover intention.
Conclusion: Ambiguity, conflict, and perceived employability can be important factors in increasing turnover intention among Semara Ratih General Hospital nurses. An effective management strategy is needed to follow up on turnover intention.
Pendahuluan: Tingkat turnover intention pada perawat yang tinggi merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang ditemukan di tingkat rumah sakit. Dalam proses terjadinya turnover intention didapatkan beberapa faktor yang berkorelasi seperti budaya di tempat kerja, stress pekerjaan akibat ekspektasi dan beban kerja yang tidak selaras (role of ambiguity dan role of conflict), kepuasan kerja, serta kesempatan berkarir yang dinilai lebih memenuhi kemampuan kerja (perceived employability). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari role of ambiguity, role of conflict, dan perceived employability terhadap turnover intention pada perawat di RSU Semara Ratih.
Metode Penelitian: Desain metode campuran (mixed method) dipilih untuk pengumpulan data melalui kombinasi kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan cara dokumentasi dan kuesioner yang telah teruji valid.
Hasil Penelitian: Sebanyak 35 sampel direkrut dalam penelitian ini yang kemudian diberikan kuesioner yang mengukur pendapat sampel. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari role of ambiguity, role of conflict, dan perceived employability terhadap turnover intention.
Simpulan: Role of ambiguity, role of conflict, dan perceived employability dapat menjadi faktor yang penting terhadap meningkatnya turnover intention di kalangan perawat RSU Semara Ratih. Dibutuhkan strategi manajemen yang efektif dalam menindaklanjuti turnover intention tersebut.
