ELEAD is a programme that connects relevant leaders from and around the ELIXIR network to ELIXIR’s women in middle managerial roles, with the aim to help them hone their leadership skills, and supported by professional training and coaching services. The programme aims at setting the ground to increase diversity amongst ELIXIR’s senior management to create excellence.
