Վեր հանելով կատարած քննության արդյունքները, փաստենք, որ հայազգի մտավորակակնները նպատակ ունեին ստեղծել Վրաստանում ազգային ինքնավար կրթահամալիրներ,որոնք ազգային և ավանդապաշտ սերնդի դաստիրակության օրրան կդառնար: Իրադրությունը հայ-վրացական հարաբերություններում՝ հատկապես 1918-1919 թվականներին ուներ բարդ և խնդրահարույց բնույթ: 1918 թվականի դեկտեմբերյան պատերազմը և տարածքային խնդիրները նույնպես անդրադարձան վիրահայության կեսական նշանակության օրակարգին: Ի վերջո 2,5 տարվա ընթացքում՝հայերը կարողացան ստեղծել ազգային կրթարաններ,որոնց կառավարման խնդիրը անլուծելի առարկա էր Հայոց ազգային խորհրդի և Վրաստանի դեմոկրատական-մենշևիկյան կառավարության միջև:
