Power Allocation Schemes for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) with Device-to-Device (D2D) Communication
View through CrossRef
Many previous studies have mainly focused on resource allocation of distributed antenna systems (DAS) or device-to-device (D2D) communication of co-located antenna systems. In this paper, a new system model is considered for a coexistence scenario of DAS and D2D communications. Under the maximum transmit power constraint per antenna unit, we investigate two different optimization objectives for resource allocation. That is, maximum sum-rate (SR) and maximum energy efficiency (EE). Simulation results show that compared to DAS without D2D, the performance of the proposed system has a significant improvement in terms of SR and EE.
Title: Power Allocation Schemes for Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) with Device-to-Device (D2D) Communication
