A divided postcard containing a brown-sepia print from a painting by the artist Jozef Israels (1824-1911). The painting shows a woman sitting in a cabin doing embroidery, alongside a baby sleeping in a crib. This postcard was not used. It was probably produced at the end of the first decade of the 20th century. The name of the company that printed it was printed on its back in Detroit, Michigan, USA. It was also noted that the original painting is preserved in the City of Washington (Corcoran Gallery of Art, Washington, D.C.)
