Same page copy after the original engraving of Jean C. Pelletier after Boucher fils, Corniches d 'appartement, sheet 239 of series 40, edited by Charles Le Père and Pierre-Michel Avaulez in Paris o. Jr., but about 1772-77 (Lotz 1939, No. 1267; Wilke 2016, vol. 2, No. 31.239, fig.). The original engravings were published per episode in “Quinze Cahiers de Décorations d 'appartemens & de menuiserie, dans le goût le plus modern, dessinés, en 1774, par M. Boucher, fils.” See also the publishing announcement of the Jacques-François Chéreau house (1742-1794), printed in the book by Félix Watin, L 'Art du Peintre, Doreur, Vernisseur, Paris 1787, pp. 349-350. The publisher Will has copied many French ornamental engravings, such as those of Juste Nathan François Boucher, but also of Caillouet, Jean-François Delafosse, Jean-François Forty, Richard de Lalonde, A. Panier and Pierre Ranson, recorded in 170 parts of 4 numbered leaves.
