A Study on the Leader of Silla's Social Integration and Diplomatic Strategy, King Taejong Muyeol

There were various transformations and leaders in Silla society. They were the driving force behind the creation of the millennial kingdom of Silla. King Taejong Muyeol Kim Chun-chu, who will be discussed in this article, was a leader in the unification and diplomatic strategy of Silla society, and his historical significance was remarkable in Silla society. In particular, I was interested in how Kim Chun-chu strategically utilized his marriage with Moonhee(文姬), and attempted to examine the issue of Silla society’s integration by understanding it as a national issue between Silla and Gaya. Another is Kim Chun-chu’s diplomatic strategy, focusing on the strategic changes that appeared as Kim Chun-chu carried out diplomatic operations toward Goguryeo(高句麗), Wai(倭), and Tang(唐). That is, we focused on the attribute of hostage[人質] in Kim Chun-chu’s various diplomatic actions. As a result, King Taejong Muyeol Kim Chun-chu was able to create the Silla’s Middle Society(中代 社會) by demonstrating leadership in the integration of Silla society and diplomatic strategies.
