Development of Information Relations in the System Electronic Auctions

The article deals with the development of information relations within the framework of electronic auctions. The main approaches to electronic auctions are analyzed from the standpoint of a theoretical focus, the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of electronic auctions is studied, and the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic is given. The role of electronic trading platforms that contribute to the formation and development of electronic auctions is displayed, analysis is given and problematic aspects in the field of electronic auctions are identified, appropriate proposals are made to improve this area in the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
