ความหลากหลายทางพันธุกรรมของสาหร่ายที่อยู่ในไลเคน (Parmotrema tinctorum (Despr. Ex Nylander) Hale

ไลเคนเป็นความสัมพันธ์ของสิ่งมีชีวิตที่อยู่ร่วมกันแบบพึ่งพาอาศัยกันระหว่างรากับสาหร่าย สามารถ เป็นดัชนีวัดมลพิษทางอากาศบ่งบอกถึงความสมดุลของสภาพแวดล้อมในระบบนิเวศ ในงานวิจัยนี้มี วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความหลากหลายทางพันธุกรรมและความสัมพันธ์ทางวงศ์วานวิวัฒนาการของสาหร่าย ในไลเคน Parmotrema tinctorum (Despr. ex Nylander) Hale ที่พบในประเทศไทยด้วยเทคนิคทาง อณูวิทยา โดยเก็บตัวอย่างไลเคนจาก 4 จังหวัด ได้แก่ จังหวัดเชียงราย เชียงใหม่ ลำพูน และนครราช สีมา จำนวน 20 ตัวอย่าง โดยศึกษาความหลากหลายทางพันธุกรรมของสาหร่ายในตำแหน่งยีน rbcL และ 18S rDNA พบว่าสามารถเพิ่มปริมาณดีเอ็นเอที่ตำแหน่งยีน rbcL ได้ 12 ตัวอย่าง เมื่อนำไปเปรียบเทียบกับ ฐานข้อมูลใน GenBank แสดงให้เห็นถึงความหลากหลายของสาหร่ายสีเขียวในไลเคน P. tinctorum โดยมี ความสัมพันธ์ทางวิวัฒนาการใกล้เคียงกับสาหร่ายสีเขียว Trebouxia gelatinosa, Trebouxia anticipate, Trebouxia flava, Trebouxia corticola, Trebouxia sp. Kirika 9651 และ Trebouxia sp. Kirika 9721
