FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG BEHUBUNGAN DENGAN BURNOUT AKADEMIK PADA MAHASISWA KEDOKTERAN

ABSTRAK Perubahan proses pembelajaran pada saat pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan mahasiswa harus beradaptasi pada seluruh aspek pembelajaran dan dibutuhkan adaptasi mahasiswa yang bila tidak dilakukan dapat terjadi burnout yang berakibat pada penurunan pencapaian akademik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat hubungan faktor yang mempengaruhi burnout seperti usia, jenis kelamin, dan indeks prestasi akademik dengan burnout akademik. Desain penelitian cross-sectional  dilakukan pada 104 mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Trisakti tahun kedua. School Burn'out Inventory versi Bahasa Indonesia yang telah divalidasi digunakan untuk mengukur burnout dan  analisis data uji Chi-Square digunakan untuk melihat melihat hubungan usia, jenis kelamin, serta indeks prestasi akademik burnout akademik dengan nilai kemaknaan 95%. Hasil penellitian ididapatkan mahasiswa burnout ringan 62,5%, 4,8% tidak mengalami burnout, 32,7%. burnout sedang - berat . Usia, jenis kelamin, dan indeks prestasi akademik tidak merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan burnout akademik. Simpulan perlu diindentifikasi faktor internal ataupun eksternal mahasiswa yang dapat menyebabkan burnout dengan pencapaian akademik. If the students could not adapt to the academic process, it will them to the a decrease in academic achievement. The factors related to academic burnout that need to identified. The aim of this study to investigate the  related factors cause of academic burnout in medical education students. The cross sectional study was conducted to 104 students, second year of medical student, of Universitas Trisakti using the School Burn’out inventory-Indonesian version to assess burnout. Data analysis was performed using Chi-suquare test. The results of this research  62,5% experienced mild burnout and only 4,8% students did not have burnout. Meanwhile 32,7% of the experienced moderate to severe burnout. Age, gender, and academic achievement there was no no significant relationship with academic burnout. The conclusion of this research is there was no significant relationship between age, gender, academic achievement with academic burnout. It is need identify the internal and external factor related burnout with academic achievement.
