Chang Teng-Yuan, born 1983 in Kaohsiung Taiwan, now living and working in Taipei, is an up-coming Taiwanese artist who is gaining international attention by creating the character “ParrotMan”.
“ParrotMan” is an alien biologist living originally in remote galaxies who lands on the earth after the doomsday, trying to recreate earth creature and phenomena by utilizing their high-tech and imitating human behaviors but without knowing any exact meaning like real parrots.
