Profesor Agnieszka Choduń, wybitna teoretyczka prawa, znakomita nauczycielka akademicka oraz wykładowczyni, była absolwentką Wydziału Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu Szczecińskiego. Również z tym Uniwersytetem związała swoją drogę zawodową. Na Wydziale Prawa i Administracji pracowała jako asystent, adiunkt oraz profesor uczelni. Odeszła 21 sierpnia 2023 roku po długiej chorobie. Pozostawiła po sobie ogromny dorobek naukowy oraz uczniów, którzy zawdzięczają Jej nie tylko wiedzę, lecz także określoną postawę metodologiczną oraz etyczną w nauce.
