URNA, a couple, with lid. Sided, with a slightly drawn high neck and with a cuppy lid and a bud in the shape of a female figure. Along the corners of urns and lids a rod. Urns: On each side three saved fields towards the bottom of a dense mosaic pattern in red and black. The fields on the abdomen with figures, those on the neck with birds in landscapes, those above the edge of the feet with landscapes in the red-Countess camaïeu. On the inside of the neck a paper patch written in ink: Ah 8 Areschoug-Almén mandarin vases.
Purchased at Bukowskis in 1904. Price 4.000 Kr.
