Më datë 29 maj të vitit 2011 u nda nga jetastudiuesi i njohur Filip Liço.Filip Liço lindi në nëntor të vitit 1915 nëfshatin Derviçan të Dropullit të rrethit tëGjirokastrës. Katër klasët e fillores i kreu nëvendlindje, ndërsa 3 klasët më lart për përfundimine 7-vjeçares në Vostinë të krahinës së Pogonit.Shkollën e mesme me 5 klasë e vijoi në normalen eVellas së Janinës.Në shtator të vitit 1936 me përfundimin eNormales u emërua mësues në fshatin e tijDerviçan. Për pesë vjet ishte mësues i greqishtes nëminoritetin grek. Në prill të 1941 u emërua mësues në fshatin (Moshoci) tëPogonit.
