COMPLEX ACTION REAGENT BASED ON MODIFIED SODIUM LIGNOSULFONATE FOR DRILLING FLUIDS

View through CrossRef
The article investigates the possibility of obtaining a reagent based on sodium lignosulfonate modified with a synthesized additive based on acrylamide, formalin and citric acid. The composition of an experimental modifying additive to a lignosulfonate drilling reagent has been studied by high-performance liquid chromatography. The effectiveness of lignosulfonate modification with a synthesized modifier was established based on the results of a comparative analysis of the surface tension parameters of the studied samples by the stalagmometric method of droplet counting. The effect of the electrolytes NaCl and CaCl2 on the surface activity of the modified lignosulfonate reagent has been studied. The studies were carried out on aqueous solutions of inorganic salts NaCl and CaCl2 with concentrations from 20 to 60 kg/m3 with the introduction of a reagent suspension from 0.1 % to 2 %. The effectiveness of a complex reagent to regulate the parameters of drilling mud at high temperatures (up to 180 °C) has been experimentally shown.
