E-Learning challenges in Namibian educational institutions:a namibian experience during Covid-19

In the Namibian educational environment, many institutions, including primary, secondary and tertiary, wereaffected as a result of COVID-19 experiencing challenges in e-Learning, as most of them had to adapt to thenew platform in the online learning environment. However, while some schools had successfully adopted andimplemented the new e-Learning mode, the study discovered that many institutions, including universities, havenot fully implemented the platform and have still been struggling to adapt to the new online learning platform.e-Learning has made work easier for both teachers and learners across the globe to access the resources whereverthere is internet connectivity. The study discovered that the adoption and implementation of e-learning has been achallenge in Namibian educational institutions due to the of lack ICT knowledge to utilize the e-learning platform.Hence it would take time for teachers and learners to acquaint themselves with the new technology.
