Autonomous positioning and navigation method of individual soldier combining multi-source data based on stellar vector
View through CrossRef
Abstract
This article introduces a fully autonomous navigation method for individual soldiers performing missions in the field, which can be used in conjunction with the existing satellite navigation such as GPS and Beidou and inertial integrated navigation methods to make up for the deficiencies of traditional navigation methods. The existing satellite navigation methods such as GPS/Beidou are susceptible to electromagnetic interference, and may fail due to enemy interference during war. Inertial navigation cannot get rid of its own "zero drift" shortcomings. The navigation method based on stellar vector calculation is one This is a purely passive navigation method that does not receive external interference and can navigate autonomously under extreme conditions. This article introduces the principle of the navigation method based on stellar vector calculation, and conducts simulation and field experiments. The accuracy of the navigation method is up to 300m after verification.
