Mahalla – fuqarolik jamiyati instituti sifatida qator muhim vazifalarni bajarib, ilg‘or tajribalarni ommalashtirish, ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy aloqalarni mustahkamlash va kuchaytirish, ijtimoiy guruhlarning tengligini saqlashga yordam beradi.
