This study provides an extensive review of phygital transformation the strategic integration of physical and digital experiences to enhance customer engagement and business performance. Through a descriptive and exploratory analysis of existing literature, industry reports, and case studies, the paper investigates the evolution, benefits, challenges, and future prospects of phygital transformation across sectors such as retail, banking, healthcare, and entertainment. The findings highlight that technologies like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Augmented and Virtual Reality (AR/VR), and the Internet of Things (IoT) are central to creating seamless, personalized, and interactive customer experiences. Case studies of Nike and Amazon demonstrate how effective phygital strategies can strengthen brand loyalty, streamline customer journeys, and improve operational efficiency. The research further emphasizes that while phygital transformation provides substantial competitive advantages, businesses face obstacles including high implementation costs, technological compatibility issues, and customer adaptation challenges.
