Рассмотрен один из современных подходов в образовании к повышению квалификации педагогов – андрагогический, в основе которого лежат особенности взрослых обучающихся. Использование подхода осуществляется на основе принципов андрагогики, интеграции в процесс обучения компетентностного и модульного подходов, а также применение современных технологий, методов, приемов и техник обучения. Необходима специальная подготовка преподавателей-андрагогов.
