Oil painting on cardboard tensioned and riveted on green-painted wooden frame. Painting in the colors yellow-brown, red, blue, white and gray. Image depicting Jesus sitting in staircase concerning a sitting man. The man’s attributes (pilgrim?) are located on one of the steps. The staircase and pilastrar marble imitating. The staircase leads into a vaulted room. White shimmering cross above Jesus' head. Signed: H. Eurenius 1914. Blyertstext on the wooden frame at the back: "When C H Nilsson was a parishioner and preacher for Valö-Vigelsbo and Berkinge, this board was painted by H Eurenius from Storvreta. The whole of a gift from Öregrund, the Swedish American Nilsson. The board was consecrated on 23 Aug. 1914. At the same time the Great European War and Sweden’s courge for neutrality.
