After 3 months, the grade of snoring presented good or great results in (93.9%) of patients. VAS: patient’s contentment was (100%). Conclusions: The study showed that adenotonsillectomy presented good result are (93.9%) after 3 months. Key words: snoring, snoring grade, adenoid hypertrophy, tonsil hypertrophy, adenotonsillectomy
