Altar cabinet with black lacquered outside and gold lacquered inside, fittings. Contains Buddhist Gestalt (Amida?) with Hands brought together, standing on a Lotyster resting on a Rock. The Gestalt wears necklaces and a tall “headdress.” Behind the figure are sculpted fire flames against a black background, on both sides dark blue panels.
Damaged in a seizure and in the lacquer and blunted gold on the figure.
