Eumenes mediterraneus filitosa nov. spp. de Corse (Hymenoptera Vespidae)

L'examen de spécimens corses de E. mediterraneus Kriechbaumer montre qu'ils se distinguent de ceux de France continentale par une tendance au mélanisme du gastre et par l'extension de la couleur rougeâtre sur les fémurs postérieurs, un schéma de coloration caractérisant tous les taxons d'Eumeninae endémiques de Corse et de Sardaigne reconnus comme valides. L'examen de spécimens de E. mediterraneus provenant d'Afrique du Nord, de la péninsule Ibérique et de Turquie montre que les tendances de coloration des spécimens corses et sardes ne constituent pas l'élément d'un cline. La sous-espèce filitosa est décrite pour désigner les populations corses de E. mediterraneus.
