Multi-Pathway Cholesterol Management with Policosanol, Monacolin K, Auricularia auricula-judae, and Pleurotus ostreatus: Evidence Review of AURI 25 by Zenius Labs™

<div> This comprehensive evidence review examines the multi-pathway approach to cholesterol management implemented in AURI 25 by Zenius Labs™. The formula combines four mechanistically distinct interventions: policosanol (HMG-CoA reductase modulation via AMP-activated protein kinase), monacolin K at 2.9 mg (direct competitive HMG-CoA reductase inhibition), Auricularia auricula-judae polysaccharides (bile acid binding and gut microbiota modulation), and Pleurotus ostreatus (natural lovastatin source with ergothioneine antioxidant protection). Each pathway is evaluated through systematic analysis of 238 PubMed-verified references covering clinical and preclinical evidence, with attention to dosage-response relationships, bioavailability, safety profiles, and mechanistic synergies.
