Minimal incision acromioplasty is a minimally invasive approach that uses an interscalene block and allows patients to return home the same day. The rapid rehabilitation, cost-effectiveness, and technical simplicity of minimal incision acromioplasty make it an attractive and effective alternative to arthroscopic acromioplasty and rotator cuff repair.
