View through CrossRef
Abstract Aim: To identify the stressor of depression caused by the employment of graduates of teacher education after characterisation according to the initial sand table. Methods: The HAMD questionnaire was used, and 300 graduates of Yunnan Normal University were divided into two groups according to the scores of the scale: the high group and the normal group, and stratified sampling was carried out, firstly, 50 people in the high group and the high depression level group were used as the experimental group, and in the same way, 50 people in the normal group were taken as the control group, and the members of the group participated in the collection and production of the sand table, and the person in charge of the sand table works according to the coding table to code the sand table works. Results: The total number of sand tools used in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group in the categories of figures, buildings, vehicles, plants and natural elements (F=14.529,36.932,18.268,7.006,25.205,23.846; P<0.05), while the number of weapons and portable weapons (hammers, knives, etc.) was significantly higher than that of the control group (F=6.365,P<0.05). 6.365,P<0.05;χ2 =7.162,P<0.05); in the use of special character sand tools, the control group used realistic characters, men were significantly higher than the experimental group (χ2 =16.234,8.507,P<0.05); in the use of other special sand tools, the control group used flowers, residential buildings, temples and towers, commercial buildings and centres, civil aircraft, vehicles, etc. were significantly higher than the experimental group (χ2 =16.234,8.507,P<0.05). were significantly higher than those of the experimental group (χ2 =16.234,8.507,P<0.05). category were significantly higher than those of the experimental group (χ2 =27.470,13.30,7.104,6.832,11.977,5.263,7.162; all P<0.05);In terms of the types of sandbox scenes, the experimental group mostly used non-realistic scenes (χ2 =13.149,P<0.05); in terms of the themes of the sandboxes, the themes of the experimental group presented the most traumatic themes such as chaos, empty neglect and threat, and the themes of the normal group presented the most healing themes such as integration, union, energy and flow.Among them, using the LOGISTIC regression analysis, we can construct the model y=1. 293+ 3.188X1+2.459X2-4.695X3-3.426X4-3.151X5; in the characterisation of the sandbox, the experimental group was dissatisfied with the sandbox work, lacked self-projections, had a single view of the sandbox limited to a certain direction, didn't touch the sand attitude much, and had an unbalanced sandbox layout (χ2 =44. 431,25.090,41.224, 31.562,41.224, 31.562,41.562, 31.562,41.224). 31.562,41.224; P all <0.05); in the use of sand tray space condition experimental group significantly concentrated left middle, left bottom, right middle, right top, right bottom, middle top, bottom part (F = 40.546,32.842,,40.918,23.528,7.785,16.537,11.991; P all <0. 05) Conclusion: The analysis of the initial sand tray characteristics can be used to make a clinical assessment of depression in teacher education graduates due to employment, and according to the interpretation, it can be learned that the main reasons for depression are: lack of interpersonal communication, high self-differentiation, personality factors, lack of problem-solving thinking strategies, and lack of life experience as the main stressors.
