Nel presente articolo mi propongo di studiare la Risposta a Giobbe di Carl Gustav Jung. Com'è noto, il padre della psicologia analitica concepiva l'immaginario religioso come espressione delle dinamiche psicologiche di un uomo in continua evoluzione. La lettura qui adottata, in linea con questa posizione, vede nella Risposta a Giobbe la rappresentazione della divinità come soggetta a un processo di individuazione analogo a quello che il paziente compie durante il trattamento analitico.
