17th-century hornbook from Derbyshire

The woodcut shows both sides of a hornbook with a wooden back carved with the figure of Charles I in armour on horseback, the initials CR and TH, a crown, and an angel's head. The alphabet and the Lord's Prayer are on a piece of printed paper pinned over an earlier carved alphabet.
