Məqalədə kriogen maye (soyuq maye) olan helium izotoplarının (2He4 və 2He3) alınması və mühüm fiziki xassələri haqqında geniş məlumatlar verilir. İfrataxıcı maye He II-in kəşfi, onun istilik tutumunun temperaturdan asılılığı, ifrataxıcılıq xassələri, onun təzyiqinin temperaturdan asılılığını xarakterizə edən diaqram haqqında ətraflı məlumatlar şərh edilir. Aşağı temperaturların alınması üsulları geniş şəkildə izah edilir. He II-in ifratistilikkeçirmə xassəsinə malik olması izah edilir. 2He4 və 2He3-ün özlülüyü haqqında konkret faktlar verilir.
