El trabajo de Rouillón demuestra todo lo contrario. Después de leer la investigación de Rouillón acerca de Mariategui, podemos sentirnos orgullosos de este Amauta, compatriota, un paisano. Mariátegui pertenece al mundo, porque sus ideas no pueden ser destruidas por el tiempo. Nuestro Amauta analizó la realidad peruana y encontró las verdaderas raíces, causas de nuestros problemas. Él indicó soluciones que no eran copias del extranjero. Su marxismo peruano fue una creación nacida de nuestra realidad profunda
