Ushbu maqolada о‘zbek xalqining kundalik turmush tarzida muhim о‘rin tutgan oshxona anjomlaridan biri bо‘lgan tandir va u bilan bog‘liq xalqona qarashlar tahlil qilingan. Xususan, maqolada asosiy e’tibor tandir qurilishi, uning Farg‘ona vodiysi mahalliy aholisining kundalik turmush tarzida tutgan о‘rni va ahamiyati о‘z ifodasini topgan. Maqolada vodiy aholisining tandir-о‘choq kultiga bо‘lgan munosabati va tabulari dala-etnografik materiallar asosida ilmiy tadqiq qilingan. Shuningdek, maqolada tandir bilan bog‘liq turli xil qarashlar va an’analar, vodiy aholisining etnik о‘ziga xosligi tо‘g‘risida fikr mulohazalar о‘z aksini topgan.
