Objective: to evaluate the functional ability of the kidneys in patients with prenatally diagnosed urinoma Materials: we retrospectively reviewed 2 cases of antenatally diagnosed urinoma. With the aim of establishing the overall prognosis prenatally diagnosed urinoma we reviewed the literature on the subject. The analysis included 38 published cases of prenatal urinoma detection followed by newborn follow-up. 260 Пренатальная диагностика уриномы 2018 Т 17 № 3; 255-260 ПРЕНАТАЛЬНАЯ ДИАГНОСТИКА Конфликт интересов: отсутствует. The development of children was traced to 5 and 7 months. In the case of urinoma of large size, there was no renal function after birth. According to the literature review, renal function was retained after birth in only 8 of 38 children (21 %). Conclusion: urinoma is a rare serious complication that indicates significant damage to the kidney after obstruction, which often leads to a violation or absence of the function of the affected kidney. If the diagnosis of urinoma was in prenatal life, it is important to inform parents about the bad prognosis.
