Potensi MUC1 sebagai Target Imunoterapi Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)
View through CrossRef
Abstract. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a subtype of breast cancer with aggressive growth and high metastatic rate. However, treatment for TNBC is limited because the three main receptors commonly found in breast cancer are estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) are not found in TNBC cases. Therefore, it is necessary to develop therapy for TNBC patients. Various studies have shown that mucin 1 (MUC1) is overexpressed in TNBC cases as a potential target for immunotherapy in the treatment of TNBC.
