Wooden sculpture from the beginning of the 15th century. The sculpture should have belonged to a medieval altar cabinet, possibly together with sculpture UM000396 and UM000398. The sculpture holds a butterfly vessel or a salvo jar in her hand, which is usually Maria Magdalen’s saint attributes. The whole sculpture has been painted, polychrome wood sculpture. Wooden core cut into a linden in a whole piece, as on the right hand, made separately and fixed. The hand is missing. Remains of a linen cloth can be found in the plug hole. Also in the head are remains aven wooden plug and linen cloth. A bottom plate was set with two wooden plugs and a nail, which was added later. The sculpture has been painted and has had a glue - chalk shallow all over the surface, in some places approx. 1 mm thick. Remains of a linen cloth can be found on the right side of the mantle, and at the front of the dress there are cloth and wire ropes to hide a knot hole in the wood. The karnation is painted in oil paint. There are traces of pink cheeks, lips and neck. The eyes have black contour lines. The hair has remnants of brown-black paint and bronzation. On the dress there is red paint and remains of a pattern board with green pigments. On the mantle are remnants of brown, red and blue lasered on each other. In the hem of the mantle there is green color and depressions of dashes drawn through paint and grounding. The golden gloss can be spotted on the left side of the mantle. The inside of the mantle has been blue, painted with ultramarine, lapis lazuli. The dress suit is painted with tempera paint.
