Influenced by contemporary developments and the aspirations of people at that time regarding space exploration, Alex Mylona created a study for a sculpture in 1966, which was later executed in marble with the addition of forms. It depicts the nose cone of a rocket, enclosing an inside-out human figure. The sculpture, whose shape also alludes to a phallic symbol, adorned the rooftop of the Alex Mylona Museum.
