Приведены результаты исследования тензорезистивных характеристик кристаллов твердых растворов TlIn1-xСоxSe2 в интервале концентрации кобальта 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.5. Исследуется также температурная зависимость тензочувствительности исследованных кристаллов в интервале 300 ≤ T≤ 410 K.
