Chinese investment has had a significant impact on Tanzania’s economy in recent years. This study examines the effects of Chinese investment on Tanzania’s economy, focusing on key sectors such as infrastructure, manufacturing, and natural resources. Chinese investment has played a crucial role in improving Tanzania’s infrastructure, particularly in the construction of roads, railways, and ports. This has helped to facilitate trade and promote economic growth in the country. In the manufacturing sector, Chinese investment has led to the establishment of new industries and the creation of jobs for Tanzanians. This has helped to diversify the economy and reduce dependence on traditional sectors such as agriculture. In the natural resources sector, Chinese investment has been controversial, with concerns raised about environment adaption and resource exploitation. However, Chinese deg investment has also led to increased production and export of minerals, contributing to Tanzania’s GDP growth.
