Evaluating the administrative competencies of physical education supervisors in Nineveh Governorate from the point of view of physical education teachers

Research Summary The aim of the current research is to: - Identifying the level of administrative competencies of physical education supervisors from the point of view of physical education teachers. The research community included physical education teachers in Nineveh Governorate, who were chosen intentionally to achieve the research objectives, and they numbered (203) teachers. The research sample was represented by education teachers. Mathematics in Nineveh Governorate, where answers were obtained from (150) teachers, after excluding the reliability sample, the exploratory experiment of the scale, and some incompletely answered questionnaires. Thus, the proportion of the research sample reached (73.89%) of the total research population. The researcher used the descriptive method to adapt it to the research sample The researcher concluded:-      - Physical education supervisors in Nineveh Governorate possess administrative competence.The researcher recommends the following:- Paying attention to developing administrative competencies by holding courses, workshops and seminars on an ongoing basis.
