Nomenclature and taxonomy of Salix fragilis L., S. euxina I.V. Belyaeva and S. x fragilis L.

На первый взгляд структура её статьи соответствует правилам номенклатуры. Однако, изложенные в ней материалы изобилуют неточностями, искаженными фактами, необоснованными предположениями, а порой и ложными сведениями. Из-за этого новые таксоны невозможно понять и отличить от давно должным образом описанных и используемых. Беляева И.В. предлагает механически заменять один эпитет на другой Salix fragilis L. на Salix euxina I.V. Belyaeva, а S. rubens Schrank (S. alba L. S. fragilis L.) на S. fragilis L. (S. alba L. S. euxina I.V. Belyaeva). Это не продвигает саликологию вперед, а наоборот вносит большую путаницу в итак сложную номенклатуру и таксономию ив (Salix). Проведенное нами исследование позволяет признать недействительными (nomen invalidum) видовое название Salix euxina I.V. Belyaeva и названий связанных с ним таксонов. The authors analyzed materials concerning the nomenclature and taxonomy of Salix fragilis L. and related new taxa S. euxina I.V. Belyaeva and S. fragilis L. proposed by I.V. Belyaeva. At first glance, the structure of her article corresponds to the rules of nomenclature. However, the materials presented in it are replete with inaccuracies, distorted facts, unfounded assumptions, and sometimes false information. Because of this, the new taxa cannot be understood and distinguished from the long-described and established ones. Belyaeva I.V. proposes to mechanically replace one epithet with another Salix fragilis L. with Salix euxina I.V. Belyaeva, and S. rubens Schrank (S. alba L. S. fragilis L.) with S. fragilis L. (S. alba L. S. euxina I.V. Belyaeva). This does not advance salicology, but rather introduces great confusion into the complex nomenclature and taxonomy of willows. Our study allows us to invalidate (nomen invalidum) the species name Salix euxina I.V. Belyaeva and associated with it names.
